The 2020 Pig Roast & Valediction Ceremony (scheduled for April 25th) is canceled in response to concerns about the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19) and following the CDC’s recommendation to cancel in-person gatherings of 50 or more people for the next eight weeks.

Beginning this week our students and faculty are working remotely through at least April 10th, following Auburn University’s recent decision to transition to online instruction. Our projects currently under construction have been temporarily suspended as we contribute to our community’s effort to reduce the spread of the virus. Morrisette campus will maintain operations with a limited staff but all of Rural Studio’s properties in Newbern are closed to the public until we resume normal operations.
