The municipal workshop and the project Utility NOW were a collaboration of an Outreach student, the city of York, and the Coleman Center for the Arts. The city’s Public Works Department lacked equipment and transportation necessary for city work crews to complete their duties. Pedal-powered street-sweepers and utility tricycles and bicycles were developed for the city crews.
